The location of Nell Gwynn House is fantastic, with proximity to dining and shopping.

We were really disappointed when we arrived to find that the apartment we booked was not what we received. Instead of the promised one-bedroom apartment, we were given a cramped studio that barely accommodated our family of four. To make matters worse, the sofa bed was not made up, and when we approached reception, they informed us they couldn't provide extra pillows or towels without us coming back the next day. it felt like a misrepresentation of what we paid for.

this place has an amazin location, super close to shops and public transport. the staff at the frontdesk were really nice and provided immensely good service. the bed was so comfy, and everything was clean. there's even a bus stop right next to the property! perfect for walkin to museums and parks.

only downsides were that the wifi was kinda slow and there was no air conditioning which made it a bit hot.

the suite was almost tolerable, if it weren't for the silverfish scurrying about and the paint peeling off the walls. i was expecting a warm welcome gift for my stay, but that was obviously too much to ask. instead, housekeeping only stopped by on the third day, very disappointing experience.

amazin place in a beautiful, convenient location to everything in london. very safe area and plenty of room for 4 adults. super close to cafes and shops. The location is perfect for sightseeing! the apartment had everything we needed and the check-in and check-out was smooth. definitely coming back!

I had a lovely stay where I appreciated the comfy bed and the nice hot water for showers after a long day! Relaxing in the cozy lounge area and the rooftop terrace was a perfect way to unwind. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty at times, but it didn’t take away from my overall experience. 😊

Loved the snug room with a comfy bed and hot water on tap! Plus, there's a laundry in the room, which is fab after a long day. Location is spot on, just a hop from the metro and Hyde Park.

But honestly, I felt like I was living in a sauna at times! Be prepared for some cheeky street noise that really loves to join your slumber party.
